I am looking for a job one day a week in the Rickmansworth area.I have had years of experience with babies through my work and children + grandchildren of my own.I am quite happy to help out with ironing and general duties or mind the children ,giving you time for yourself for a few hours.I have a NVQ3 in care and can provide referances.May be I could be your adopted Grandma
