PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Acting as the “conduit” for all project correspondence in and out of the project office
Receive documents and drawings, checking, dating and logging with unique numbering, distributing to intended recipients, following up on actions to ensure documents or drawings are reviewed within an agreed period and returned as dictated by the contractual arrangements between RWE and their contractors and other stakeholders.
Accurately filing all received electronic mail attachments, and all hard copy documents and drawings.
Develop and maintain team sites for document and drawing control and access for users.
Answer phone queries on project and other matters
Work with project CDM Coordinator to ensure that all site generated safety documentation, including as-built drawings are effectively maintained."
Control and authorise access rights for team members.
PDF files and scan documents for team members.
