Our Clients are currently looking for
Head chefs (Branded Menus and Concepts) up to 25K depending on experience
You will need to:
• Have a proven track record of managing a kitchen in a high volume quality driven Pub / Restaurant, ideally in a branded environment
• Be a hands-on, inspirational leader who enjoys the excitement of driving sales and profit.
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional standards your team and impeccable kitchen standards
• Be willing to think out of the box to drive sales and communicate the importance of “Britishness” where possible.
• Be pro-active in the search to develop the next generation of Head Chef through our fantastic internal training programme.
