OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - PART TIME £7 PER HOUR

The role holder will take ownership of all queries received and by working closely with our Distribution, Field Sales and Quality colleagues will ensure all customers’ queries are answered in a timely, professional and effective manner.
The prime purpose of the regular outbound call is to capture and maximise the customer’s regular order, sell in trade activities and manage the customer relationship

Vacancies available: 1 temporary vacancy (6 months)

Location: BELFAST

Rate of Pay: £7 per hour


Hours of assignment:

Monday 9.30am to 6.30pm

Tuesday 9.30am to 4.30pm

Wednesday 9.30am to 1.00pm

Please note that these hours may be subject to change in line with business requirements.

Essential Criteria:

A Levels Preferred – MUST have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths & English Language.

A business related or Contact Centre education would be desirable.

It is desirable to have a third level qualification in a business related or Contact Centre discipline.

It is desirable to have 2/3 years experience in:

1. A high volume contact centre.
2. An FMCG Sales role

It is essential to be / to have: •

1. Sales, Target and Results focussed.
2. Highly motivated.
3. Excellent team player & team orientated
