Support Worker (Various Positions/Locations Available)

Vacancies all over Birmingham and will be based within a residential unit or within a clients own home. Duties include providing housing related support to service users with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, mental health, autism and forensic backgrounds. You will be required to assist with daily living skills, accessing the community, personal care and providing physical/mental guidance. You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with company guidelines. Experience in a similar role is desirable; an NVQ in health and social care or equivalent is preferred. Various shift patterns to include mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights, applicants must be flexible with their availability. Drivers preferred as travelling between service Users may be required. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Expense to be met by applicant. Salary is £6.08- £7.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. All training is provided.
