BID/PROJECT MANAGER - Midlands & North - £50k plus benefits
To lead, manage and control the bid process from start to financial close at project management level. To organise the activities of the project team. To liaise with the project team on a regular basis and be available for support and guidance as and when necessary. Take responsibility for managing and leading the project team whilst representing the brand identify, qualify and scope potential new business. to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. To identify practical approaches and initiate appropriate action with clarity and in a timely manner. Manage and report on the budgets for the tender processes. To carry out risk and value management. To take responsibility for the interrogation of the design and contractors proposals to ensure compliance. To support legal, technical, financial and legal departments where necessary and appropriate.
