Automotive Floating Sales Controller Required in Merseyside
UK motor trade retail group is looking to recruit an Automotive Floating Sales Controller to drive the business forward covering 3 of their main car dealerships.
You will be responsible for deputising when the Sales Controllers for each site are on days off in the week and weekends.
As a Selling Sales Controller you will support and contribute to the running of our clients Merseyside Used Car Sales Departments. The ideal candidate must have experience in the capacity of Sales Controller or Assistant Sales Manager within a car sales environment.
The individual must be highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to actively participate in the delivery of tangible results coupled with a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
The role will form an integral part of our clients CMA Sales Management team and the rewards are a generous remuneration package and the opportunity to develop your skills to the highest level in Car Sales Management.
As an automotive Floating Sales Controller you will report directly to the General Sales Managers and oversee the sales operation.
You will be responsible for maximising profitability per unit sales, exploring sales opportunities and managing all sales enquiries.
The main challenges within this role will be:
•Assisting with the sale of new and used cars,
•Helping to direct and motivate the sales team whilst remaining a key member of it,
•Implementing effective sales plans,
•Advising customers of finance and insurance products and services,
•Monitoring payments,
•Managing finance agreements,
•Working to meet and exceed sales targets,
•Ensuring the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer.
Motor Trade experience is essential.
