Automotive Service Advisor Required in Bournemouth.
Our client an Automotive Main Dealer in the Bournemouth area is currently looking to hire an experienced and professional Service Advisor for their busy branch.
You will be expected to build a rapport with customers, offering them the benefit of your skills, to identify their needs and giving clear and accurate estimates of the costs and timescales involved. You will then schedule the job into the workshop, taking into account the complexity of the work and the availability of parts, arrange a loan car if required and keep customers informed of the progress of work through to completion.
If you are able to deliver a high level of customer service within a busy environment our client can offer you a great salary as well as any training required.
You will ideally live within the Dorset area or be able to travel to the Bournemouth area and have a working experience in a Main Dealer Service Department.
Our Client offers a fantastic salary package and a very good bonus scheme.
