The Package:
Basic 23-26K depending on experience and ability. Plus competitive bonus scheme to 4% of GP. Pension, 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and other company benefits. Commission is uncapped, so you will have full responsibility and control of your earnings. The Client:
Our client was established in the 1990's, currently operating their Driving Division from a network of 30 locations nationwide with a wealth of experience in the industry. Their Driving Recruiters have expertise and in depth market understanding, coupled with a detailed role profiling process and comprehensive screening programme. All recruiters are tasked with
ensuring that all candidates are qualified and capable of performing roles before their details are submitted to vacancies.
The Role:
Our client seeks experienced HGV Recruiters who are capable of running a new or warm desk and generating new revenue streams for the branch.
This desk is currently running at approx 10K GP per month and bonus will be instantly payable.
This is very much a sales role - with the daily emphasis on gaining new clients, prospects and of course qualified and experienced drivers. The majority of this business is temp but of course anyone who has perms exposure alongside temps will be welcome.
Ideally they seek those with a sunny disposition, self motivation, sales sills and the ability to build lasting beneficial relationships.
