Sales Manager - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Location – Kent/Surrey covering the M25
Salary - £25-45k (Depending on experience) + Commission + Company car with fuel card/monthly allowance with mileage

A family run supplier and installer of all air conditioning and refrigeration products with their main offices based in Essex. They provide the highest quality service and products to our customers, are responsive to their needs at all times and are unmatched for our service and commitment.
We are approved contractors to Health Authorities and NHS Trusts, as well as Local Authorities and Businesses throughout the South East.
Our approval by these customers means that our standards of work and equipment have been tried, tested and approved to the highest level. Our membership in the Heating and Ventilation Contractors Association and Construction line serves to affirm this standard.
The product ranges from Splits to VRV’s, Coldrooms, Chillers, Close control with a typical project range anywhere between £2K to £300K.
Majority of client base is end users and local authorities.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced salesman who will cover south of the Thames within the M25 from Kent to Surrey borders.
Ideally you will be well established in the air conditioning field with a network of contacts at your disposal but also be expected to run with our existing clients within the M25 area.
Essential
Experience of selling Air conditioning and maintenance contracts to end users
Experience of selling to local authorities would be an advantage.
Be able to generate new sales leads and build/establish relationships.
Self-motivated and efficient in following up PQQs from our telesales team.
You must be capable and willing to work from home, with a strong work ethic.
Prepared to hot desk and travel to head office in Essex when needed.
