Based in Colchester, the business is dynamic and forward thinking. Our provision of services includes fulfilment, data capture, call centre, sales promotions and online games.
Main Purpose of the Role:
To support our continued expansion, GFM are looking for an Account Co-ordinator to be responsible for account management of a number of Call centre, data capture and Fulfilment services
Knowledge of how to ensure the effective and productive servicing of client accounts, minimising over-servicing and working within budgets will also be highly beneficial. A good understanding of call centre and fulfilment services is required . Excellent communication, motivation, and relationship building skills are also essential, whilst a consultative approach to solutions sales would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Workload / Resource
Responsible for account managing, sustaining from named key accounts
Assists In the production of client quotations/proposals
Dealing with all aspects of simultaneous campaigns with a variety of different clients with very specific expectations
Work with other Departmental Managers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of account requirements
To brief the internal job specification in line with the brief from the client and the costs quoted to the client to other internal departments timely and effectively
To produce client reports
Manage the delivery of MI reports for site activity, sign ups and revenue
Take in and act on client feedback
Assist the head of marketing services with new Business growth by recognising opportunities for new business
To continually develop business knowledge, keeping updated with all client activity and competition
Keep all documentation filed accurately and timely
Work within company standards, guidelines and statutory requirements
Ensure invoices all monthly invoices are updates

Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience within an Account Management role
- Proven experience within a B2B environment
- Experience In call centre and or fulfilment outsourcing
£20k-24 basic, OTE £27k
Holiday: 22 days per annum (plus public bank holidays)
