As a member of the Marketing staff your role would firstly be to represent the company in a professional and polite manner. After all Kingsbridge rely on recommendations and word of mouth so for this to follow through we need to have the right foundations in place.

Your day to day routine will always be a different and an exciting new challenge each day however you will have a system you must follow to be a successful candidate. This would be very advantageous to you as career progression is evitable within your first 3 months.

The company has been established for approximately 6 years and our aim is to provide a high quality service at an affordable price. Your role involves providing that opportunity for the company to have a gateway into a customer’s property to leave them with the twelve month no obligation quote. We also provide the customer with a subsidy towards any products they may wish to purchase if they can do the advertising part for us with the promotional board which we offer.

Your main concern and the largest part of your role are to understand the products that we do and how to make a successful appointment.

The products Kingsbridge uses are of the highest quality UPVc and come with a full insured backed guarantee. We do Windows, Doors, Fascias and Gutters in UPVc and this does also include Patio and French Doors.

Initially at Kingsbridge we would train you in understanding each and every product and the sales technique to get those appointments. This does not mean you are a Salesman you just have a broader understanding of the products which will be needed if you go onto further your career and look after your own team.

The advice and support within Kingsbridge is immense and consistent. We are constantly sitting down and reviewing your progress and answering any questions or bits of training you may want to go over.
