Woman with autism in Rickinghall requires female personal assistant to support in community, home, activities. Also providing respite opportunities to husband/carer.
Experience of caring for people; eg:caring for people with autism, experience of challenging behaviour including communication issues.
Able to follow instructions and time keeping a must. Must have a full clean driving licence as may be required for short trips and outings 6 hours per week to start, may increase with needs.
£8.50 per hour to start, but negotiable beyond trial period of 4 months. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. CRB Disclosure expense will be met by employer. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.
