A full service project management consultancy with an excellent reputation throughout Scotland and further afield is looking to appoint an experienced EIA Project Manager to add to their existing team.
Responsibilities
• Planning and steering projects to meet client's needs
• Managing specialist sub contractors
• Attending public exhibitions
• Implementing health and safety systems
• Liasion with statutory consultees
• Managing project programmes and budgets
• Coordination of design
• Assessing, summarising and communicating technical information
Skills and Experience
• Experience working as an EIA consultant, preferably with contacts in the local area.
• Msc (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area, for instance Environmental Science, Sustainability or similar
• Strong understanding and interest in the renewable energy industry, particularly wind power and tidal
• Construction and / or GIS experience is advantageous
