Looking for a graphic designer / front end developer / marketing / seo person (new graduates considered) to share office space and collaborate. The office is a large, south facing, ground floor space, overlooking gardens on Lynedoch Crescent.
It's lively and creative and perfect for local coffee shops, there's good transport links and plenty cheap street parking.
I run a small but growing graphic and web design agency and i'm looking to pass work to on a regular basis. The share will allow you to work independently on your own projects as well as collaborate.
The rent is £38 pw and includes rent, rates, utilities and broadband costs, and we'd negotiate rates for individual projects.
Only interested in someone who wants to move into the space. I'm no longer looking to outsource to freelancers who work elsewhere. Please only email if you have relevant experience and fit the above criteria.
