Award winning Letting Agent requires person with residential property management experience to join an established and successful residential lettings business to strengthen the maintenance department team.
This role will involve managing a portfolio of properties being the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
Duties to include:
Co coordinating routine repairs and maintenance on residential properties
Managing contractors
Liaising with tenants
Updating database and files
Building good relationships with client landlords
Working as an effective member of a busy office based team
