Customer Relation Executives

A Leading tour company in London is recruiting Customer Relation Executives to support their expansion program.
A good command of English is essential
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are seeking for a long term and challenging career.
Must have excellent public relation skills and time management skills.
Must have rights to live and work in UK
A comprehensive training on sales, customer relationship management and the tour operating systems will be provided. In your job role, your learning will be,
• Extensive exposure to customer care
• Monitoring and managing tours and excursions
• Customer feedback management and complaint handling
• Exposure and involvement in marketing and management plans
• In depth involvement in business development plans
