Monday - Friday 7:30 - 5pm and Thursday night until 7pm.

Our clients, a Motor Trade Independant Garage, are looking for an experienced Automotive Workshop Controller / Manager to run their busy workshop in Hertfordshire.
You will need to have a proven track record in running a successful workshop within the motor trade, have good management skills and be able to provide leadership for the Vehicle Technicians. Ideally you will be from a Technician background and will have worked your way up to Workshop Controller as you may be required to go on the tools occasionally.
Your role will consist of handing out work to a very busy workshop with 10 ramps and 5 Vehicle Technicians (expanding to 10/12 in the next 5 years) to ensure smooth running of the workshop, liaising with the Service Department, and to be on hand to answer any queries from other departments and the general public.
