Automotive Compliance Administrator Required in Derbyshire
Our client is a Commercial Motor Trade dealership urgently requires an experienced Compliance Administrator.
You will ideally live within the Derbyshire area or be able to travel to the Derbyshire area and have a working experience of Compliance Administration.
Skills Needed:
* Basic understanding of commercial vehicles & legality.
* Preferable transport office experience.
* Must be computer literate, including bespoke systems & spreadsheets (Excel).
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
* To assist Compliance Managers with day to day administration duties.
* Scanning & filing of documents.
* Creating & updating client files.
* Printing & binding of training literature.
* Tachograph analysis.
* Maintenance liaison.
* DSA data registration.
* Weekly/monthly invoicing customers for services provided.
