The Background
This is a fantastic opportunity for an EC & I /Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work for a leading service provider to the Petrochemical and Power Industry. As an EC & I / Electrical Maintenance Engineer you'll successfully lead the delivery of EC & I engineering and maintenance activities on site.
The Role
As an EC & I / Electrical Maintenance Engineer you'll lead, direct, organise and manage assigned personnel with engineering and maintenance responsibilities. You'll be accountable for site electrical engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance and delivery in line with site standards. You'll work effectively with all employees, customers, clients, contractors and authorities to ensure the site is run efficiently and that all SHE requirements are met. Additionally, you'll lead continuous electrical and maintenance improvements and will control budgets on projects.
You
Ideally you'll be educated to a degree or HND/HNC level within a relevant discipline or you'll have the equivalent relevant experience within an EC & I / Electrical Engineering field. You'll have experience of working within an engineering or maintenance environment on chemical or power or bio-diesel plants. Additionally you'll have knowledge of SHE/quality systems and will ideally hold a NEBOSH qualification.
