Automotive Car Sales Administrator Required in Liverpool.
Our client, an Prestige Main Dealer in the Liverpool area, is currently looking to hire an experienced Sales Administrator.
Job Responsibilities:
• Order New vehicles to customer and Dealer specification using the dealer group system.
• Create and maintain accurate vehicle records on Kerridge
• Create and maintain full and complete deal files for all Used and Demo vehicles
• Process all New and Used customer orders to include Invoices and Handover Packs, check documentation for accuracy and anomalies, querying and resolving issues where necessary in an accurate and timely manner
• Taxation of New and Used vehicles to include AFRL taxing
• Assist with reconciliation of Consigned and Fully Paid stock
• Regularly review Manufacturer Bulletins, marketing programmes, profile and discount structures to ensure correct information is used when processing orders
• Develop effective working relationships with colleagues
• Contribute to a positive working and team environment
• Accurately complete required daily, weekly and monthly reports for group and Manufacturer
• Review the Debtor report weekly
You will ideally live within the Liverpool area or be able to travel to the Liverpool area and have a working experience of a main dealer sales dept.
