Automotive General Manager Required in Liverpool
Our client an Automotive Main Dealer in the Liverpool area is currently looking to hire a General Manager.
This is a critical leadership position and requires an individual who is able to generate impressive results by increasing sales of new and used vehicles. Key challenges will be to lead, coach and develop a team of staff members to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and exceed the planned profitability of the site. You will be responsible for the growth and development of all departments within the dealership and you will be challenged to exceed targets, achieve high customer satisfaction levels and deliver a good profit performance. Hard work and dedication is required for this role along with a proven track record.
You will ideally live within the Liverpool area or be able to travel to the Liverpool area.
Our Client offers a fantastic salary package, with company car, and a very good bonus scheme.
This role is challenging yet rewarding and suitable only for a top quality General Manager who is currently working in a franchised main dealer.
