Director, Carbon Advisory Services

My client is looking to add an associate director to the team of consultants and researchers advising clients on energy and carbon related issue, and as such is looking for an individual with strong analytical skills and experience within energy, renewable energy, clean tech or carbon markets.

Role Purpose

■Lead an Advisory Team based out of London
■Business development, Client Development and Management; sale of research and consulting projects on a global scale
■Management and execution of internal and external projects
■Development of cutting-edge analyses, frameworks and models for clients active in the energy and sustainability space.
Essential:

■Minimum Master degree or similar degree from a renowned university, for example in Economics, Technology Management, Business or Finance.
■Relevant professional experience with excellent client relationships within energy and emission markets (preferably with experience in renewables, cleantech, energy efficiency sectors focussing on commercial, financial and strategic advisory);
■Ability to sell research and advisory projects manage revenue over a million GBP; Analytical by nature and ability to deliver high quality client projects
■Excellent writing and communication skills in English;
■Familiarity with use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint;
■Has led teams; simultaneous management of multiple clients and projects
■Proven team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
■Self motivated and proactive with business sense;
■Good time management and organisational skills;
Desirable:

•Additional languages could be considered a plus;
•Consulting, corporate or industry experience
•Strong international network of clients
