Security Contract manager

Security Contract Manager based within the City of London. The overall purpose of the role is to lead, motivate and develop the security team to provide a best in class service to the client premises and its occupiers. To play an essential/central role in development and agreement of the contract strategy, ensuring agreed strategy is met and exceeded.
Have total responsibility and ownership for the day to day running of the security operation.
To ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and exceeded. Client policies and procedures are adhered to. Lead and motivate the security team ensuring the ethos and core values of the client are reflected in their roles and responsibilities.
Be on call 24/7 unless suitable cover (of same management level or above) is arranged. To ensure monthly and quarterly reports are submitted to the client in a professional and timely manner, within set guidelines. Ensure the security operations team achieves the aims and objectives, in line with agreed strategic deliverables. Ensure that requirements set by client management along with instructions and policies are incorporated within the site Assignment Instructions in a suitable format and are fully and correctly implemented by the security team.
By regular inspection of the sites and the security operation, maintain awareness of possible changes to the perceived security threat to the client and also the effectiveness of security measures, procedures and instructions generally. Advise the client and head office management accordingly. Ensure correct emergency response by security staff in compliance with established procedures.
Establish constant liaison with the client during emergencies to take guidance on correct response. Use available information resources to ensure the client and head office management are kept abreast of new developments.
