The role in a nutshell is about building relationships and negotiating with partners. This is a full time position, which will allow you to work within your local community.
You're probably wondering what you'll be doing everyday (and if it'll be boring like what you're doing now). A typical day includes:
- chatting at morning briefings
- delivering business improvement workshops
- practicing your negotiation skills with fellow BGE's
- building on your personal networks
- socializing with others at social gatherings
- negotiating with partners
- making jokes
- creating a positive work environment through our online office
