Ranging from Countertop terminals, Bluetooth terminals, Mobile terminals and e-commerce solutions. We cater for any business from small independent retailers to large multi outlet businesses in any market sector.
Our Telesales Consultants are more than just a voice on the phone. They demonstrate empathy and an eye for a solution for each customer they get to talk on phone. You’ll get plenty of variety as no two cases are the same, and you’ll broaden your skills as you deliver a range of day to day responsibilities that include:
Taking inbound and making outbound calls to prospective customers by telephone and selling the company’s products and services.
Working towards sales targets and achieving successful sales results.
Proactively seeking new sales leads and following up.
Up selling and cross selling from the company’s range.
