Project Manager - Wind Development

One of the UK’s leading wind energy companies that are based in the North East is looking to recruit an experienced project delivery manager for their team in the Newcastle office.
The role will involve the project delivery of large scale wind farm projects both on-shore and off-shore.

You will be involved in on-site management, site supervision, contract negotiation, the management of teams, tendering for work.

You will be responsible for the full project delivery.

The ideal candidate will be highly experience within this area and will need on-shore experience, anyone with off-shore experience would be highly sought after.

You will need to have hands on experience of working on large scale wind farm projects.

You will need to be an experienced project manager and this experience will need to be in Wind energy.

Any experience in planning applications, EIA and Grid connection skills would be highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and leadership skills along with strong client facing skills as well as a can-do attitude.
