Spanish Speaking Management Accountant - SAP B1

Location: South West London

Salary: £35k to £42k + Excellent Benefits
(Private Medical Insurance + 5% Contributory Pension + 25 Days Holiday)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or finalist, Spanish Speaking Accountant, that has Experience of using SAP B1. Our client, a successful international company with their UK headquarters in South London are currently looking to recruit a dynamic, ambitious, experienced and hard working Management Accountant to become an integral part of the finance function.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Finance Director, your duties will include:

- Ensuring all new and existing customers are regularly vetted and appropriate credit limits and terms are in place.
- Managing credit insurance
- Posting the various bank account transactions daily and reconciling
- Ensuing the weekly sales and purchase order reports are accurate
- Ensuring the AR ledgers are clean and all receivables are invoiced on time and paid to terms
- Managing the invoice financing facilities
- Raising the purchase orders promptly and accurately
- Ensuring the AP ledgers and Goods Received Not invoiced ledgers are reconciled monthly to the supplier statements and all stakeholders are paid to terms.
- Reconciling the stock record on the account system to the warehouse records
- Preparing and submitting the quarterly IVA (VAT) returns
- Submitting the Payroll
- Preparing the management accounts and supporting schedules
- Working closely with the UK and Spanish MD's
- Managing ledger staff
- Working in tandem with the UK Management Accountant


Desired Skills & Experience

- Graduate educated
- Newly qualified/finalist ACCA
- Fluent in Spanish
- Commercial experience gained in Spain
- 2 years experience as a Management Accountant or Financial Controller
- Intermediate level in Excel
- Good communicator
- Assertive
- Staff supervisory experience
- Good team player
- Experience using SAP B1
