The company runs two large websites: Vivastreet; Easyroommate. Vivastreet is a free classifieds website which originated in France and now operates in over 18 countries. Our objective as a business is to provide high quality content to our users, which is why we’re continuing to grow our team of moderators/content controllers. You will be working from home and be responsible for doing the moderation on the site and some customer service. This means checking the new adverts getting posted by our users and making sure the quality and content conforms to our guidelines. Furthermore, you also will be involved in contributing to the improvement of the site by reporting back on issues such as usability and the general performance of the product. Key skills : - Excellent communication skills both spoken and written - Excellent attention to detail - Sound understanding of Internet and websites - Experience and good knowledge of MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint - Hard working and willingness to learn Shifts available : - Full time 40 hours per week, may include weekends Moderation is always very busy and hours may vary depending on the amount of work. Therefore flexibility and efficiency are key qualities to fill this position. Salary: 6£ /Hour. A paid training will be given in our Piccadilly Circus Office before starting normal shifts.
