JUNIOR RETAIL SALES MANAGER
Exciting role in busy West End innovative company

Based in W1, PetLondon is a supplier, retailer and manufacturer of designer pet accessories. A love of dogs is essential!

Your role will include:

• Taking telephone calls from mainly retail and some wholesale customers
• Processing and managing online and phone orders
• Assisting customers and sometimes their dogs in our Showroom
• Organising Deliveries and Stock Management
• Booking deliveries and miscellaneous secretarial duties
• Some PA-type functions required
• Giving the highest level of customer service
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
£8 rising to £8.50/hour after 3 months plus annual bonus
Opportunity if interested to do extra sales work outside normal office hours for commission and some occasional travel within the UK for pet shows

The ideal candidate needs to be highly organised, dedicated to their work and enjoy working fast but efficiently under pressure. This is a fun and fast-paced place to work with opportunities for career growth in the future.

Relevant experience and skills needed:
* English language Skills (Verbal and Written): Upper-Native
* Excellent organisational skills
* Computer skills with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Ability to work under pressure and willingness to give 110%
* Excellent customer service skills
*Some experience in an office environment and/or mail order company highly preferable
