SUMMARY OF ROLE
As part of the Group Sales Bid Support Team, your role will be to support our Bid Managers in their role. Working as a PA and Document Management Specialist, your role will be to support your team and make sure that they receive an excellent level of Customer Service. From booking their travel and accommodation, to working on complex bid documents, you will be a key point of contact for the team. We are looking for motivated people to join the existing team of 10 support staff and are looking for a mix of experience and enthusiasm to add to our diverse mix of staff.
Essential Skills
Advanced knowledge of Word, with a proven ability to use and create templates.
Advance knowledge of PowerPoint and good working knowledge of Excel
Previous office experience.
Previous experience of working on large documents.
Proven ability to multi-task
Flexible and willing to work off site on occasions with the Bid Team Desirable Skills
Possible previous experience working with Adobe, would be an advantage.
Previous Bid experience or working within a similar environment.
