We are now hiring for Lettings & Sales agents and require you to be hardworking, enthusiastic and professional at all times with local knowledge. You will be at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. It is the attitude and determination which you will need for our busy office to become a great lettings agent.
If you are not able to think on your feet you need not apply.
In return you will build a secure career in letting or sales and more if you think you have the following requirements:
-Sales experience would be preferred but not essential
-Good communication skills
-Target driven
-Hard working
-Good Computer Skills
-Ability to work on own initiative
-Like to deal with people
-Taking enquiries
-Booking and carrying out viewings
-Canvassing new business
-Company Car depending on previous experience.
-Permanent or temporary position available.
-In return you will receive a good basic salary plus a fantastic 20% commission uncapped plus incentives.
Full Training will be provided, if required.
