About the company
Our client provides a comprehensive and personal service to help corporate and private clients secure bank beating exchange rates for currency exchange, regular money transfer and prepaid currency cards.
Requirements:
- The candidate needs to be confident on the phones (or have the desire to gain this confidence)
- They need to be numerically literate
- They need to be able to work within a team environment but also on their own
- Ideally they will have a basic understanding of Outlook and Excel

The key responsibilities:

- Answering customer queries relating to payments
- Speaking to clients and taking card payments for pre-booked trades
- Assisting Accounts Payable with allocation of funds
- Assisting Accounts Payable with placement of client details
- Processing of trades
- Answering incoming calls

What the candidate will learn:

- The candidate will receive full Fx training
- The candidate will receive customer care training
- Will be trained on multiple banking systems
- Use of internal management system
- Process of payments via debit card, BACS, CHAPS and SWIFT international
- Enhance client liaising
- Reconciliation of numerous accounts
- Knowledge on FX trading and processes
