SENIOR EDUCATION RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT-MANCHESTER

Education Recruitment consultant - Senior education recruitment Consultant- Manchester –Secondary and a Primary desk.

Due to rapid expansion even in these hard times we are recruiting for either an education recruitment Consultant or if you have the required level of experience or feel it’s time your career moved forward a Senior education consultant in Manchester.

You will be somebody with a background in either Education recruitment or Health Care Recruitment looking for an exciting new and fresh challenge!

You will enjoy a relaxed working environment with a forward thinking independent company that understands and appreciates it consultants.

You will enjoy 28 standard day’s holiday a year plus all bank holidays, reduced hours during school holidays and a relaxed friendly working environment.

KPI’s are realistic and set at branch level, the company encourages you to take complete ownership of your desk where you can decide your own charge rates, visit schedule, advertising and desk management.

You will have the freedom to decide how many sales calls you think you need to do to achieve your goals, support is on hand from the Branch Manager to help grow your business!

Your new company understands how important it is to keep good staff so you will have regular pay and promotion reviews which will reflect your success and not be based on if your face fits or fixed to a rigid time plan.

The company you will be working for is financial sound with several offices across the UK including a new branch which opened up at the start of the year!

Commission is uncapped, due to there being no thresh hold to hit you can start earning from the first teacher you put out to work!
