Highly experienced person/couple , to run new carvery

Opening in June,a newly established main rd carvery requires a highly experienced, live in person/couple to take complete control of this business. You will have previous experience of running a carvery and be looking for a long term position. We are looking for someone who has the ability to create a warm and professional atmosphere to both the customer and the team you are managing-- a highly enthusiastic Individual/couple, with a winning personality and a passion for food & drink. Ideally, you will have experience at TGI'S or similar family type establishment.
