The Package:
Basic salary 20-24K depending on experience and ability. 22 days annual leave plus a bonus day for your birthday, rising with service to maximum 26 days per annum plus normal UK bank holidays. Bonus equates to 8% of GP over budget. Contributory pension, life assurance and private healthcare scheme. Working hours Working hours are 0700-1700 or 0730 - 1730 in shifts during term time and 0900-330 or 1030-1700 in school holidays

The Brief:
We currently have a number of opportunities for people with a passion for business development/education recruitment and the ability to provide industry leading customer service, to work for a major Recruitment Agency client in various locations across the UK. They are ideally seeking experienced Recruitment consultant who have already embarked on their career within the Education sector. These roles predominantly exist to generate gross profit for their respective locations, ensuring that sales and profitability meets and exceeds personal and team targets. Those applying will be experienced in and happy to:
Manage and Develop existing client relationships/ Identify and develop new Client relationships/ Identify and exploit new business opportunities within Client base/ Fulfilment of Client Vacancies/ Candidate selection/ Interview arrangements/ Managing rate negotiations and offers/ Candidate Management
