Job Description
Working for a leading worldwide supplier of solar panels, the successful applicant will be required to support the Country Manager whilst also carrying out the following duties
Handle customer issues, order resolutions, authorizations, and general follow-up as needed for customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer information on CRM
Review, prepare and process new orders along with changes to existing orders and complete required order acknowledgement and customer correspondence
