Role: Associate – Venture Business Planning

Consultant Employee’s Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to those outlined in the following job description:
- Reports to the Head (Business Planning and Optimization) and provides Business related support.
- Responsible for the coordination of the annual Preliminary and Final Work Program & Budget (WP&B) cycles for the Venture Group.
- Coordinate and review Venture projects close-out and true-up reports.
- Collect data and perform statistical analysis, comparison, reports and presentations (project progress and quantities) as and when required.
- Support Projects Control for FDA (Future Development Assumptions) meeting representation.
- Provide shareholders with Common Facilities historical data for benchmarking and analysis.
- Work with Commercial Group and Joint Interest Group for the review and implementation of commercial agreements related to Common Facilities.
- Participate in Commercial Group and Joint Interest Group self-assessments.
- Participate at Technical Committee Meetings (TCM) for projects Operated By Others (OBO).
- Coordinate with Joint Venture Accounting for the OBO Cash Calls review and approval and reconcile monthly billing statements with monthly cost reports.
- Coordinate with Venture Projects for the review and approval recommendation of the Written Resolutions related to the Common Facilities.
- Participate in Common Facilities Independent Project Reviews (IPRs) when required.
- Follow up and coordinate with Venture Accounting for updating funding data in Venture funding data base.
- Provide necessary support to the Venture Business team on the LTC related activities as and when required.
- Assist Venture team for the compliance with Project Management Systems and Elements of Excellence and ensure system expectations are achieved in a timely manner.
