Automotive Bodyshop Receptionist Required in Newbury.

Our client, a Franchise Dealership in the Newbury area, is currently looking to hire an experienced and professional full-time, permanent Bodyshop Receptionist for their Bodyshop.

Role:

You will be the first contact point for all their customers either via the telephone or face to face. Working in this business Bodyshop connected to a busy Franchise Dealership, you will be responsible for answering all telephone call in a clear and prompt manner, ensuring all messages are passed to the relevant contact as soon as possible. You will also be required to meet and greet customers in a friendly/professional manner and book in their vehicle and up-sell any additional services.

Applicant:

Preferable applicants shall live within the Oxford area or be able to travel to the Newbury area, have administrative experience within an accident repair/service centre, be computer literate, and have excellent communication/customer facing skills. Applications from people with strong and stable experience as a Receptionist from a leading customer service company shall also be considered.
