Our Client requires a Renewals Manager withn the Rail industry for a permanent positon based in Peterborough.
Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Some weekend working and on call will be required.
SALARY: Up to £45000 plus £4915 per annum car allowance. Discretionary bonus scheme up to 5%. Negotiable within these limits.
OVERALL PURPOSE
Assist the Senior Renewals Manager in the management of all aspects of assigned works within the contract. Contribute to development and take ownership of assigned works from Development Stage. Ensure assigned works are delivered in compliance with all relevant Safety Legislation, to the correct specification and in the most cost effective manner.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The ideal canidate should have a H.N.C. in an engineering discipline with management skills
Knowledge of Track Renewal processes, operational railway and associated safety matters.
Ideal Chartered or Incorporated Engineer.
