Pay rates will be industry minimum to begin with but for those who stay with us for the ride their rate WILL increase, we believe in honouring loyality and actions speak louder than words, also with every new contract we secure every officer working for us will receive an increase, you are our best assett without you we do not exist and it is because of you we have secured another contract so therefore you should benefit.

We are not all about take what we are about is respect and share.You respect the company and in return we will do the same, if we make more money so will you...and thats a promise.
