Role
Due continued success as the market leaders in their industry sector, Warranty Direct are now looking to attract highly driven, knowledgeable and experienced Sales Executives. You will be experienced at excelling in a target driven environment and have excellent Sales and Customer Service skills. For this you will be rewarded with a fantastic basic salary and performance bonus.

Primary Responsibilities

w Seeking to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
w To maximize all sales opportunities pro-actively with efficient follow-up
w To manage work load to achieve all activity and productivity goals (KPI’s)
w Follow and adhere to any campaign specific call scripting requirements
w Ensure all FSA/ICOBS distance marketing requirements are met
w Ensure all Compliance call-backs are completed within given timescales
w Using call centre systems effectively
w Ensuring that all company procedures are followed
w Following company regulations on Health and Safety and maintain a safe and tidy working environment
w Liasing with other departments in a professional manner
w Maintaining an acceptable level of attendance, punctuality and general time-keeping
