We are presently looking for dedicated and competent new Scouts to join our team in Stevenage (and the surrounding area) to cover Stevenage FC home games.

A: Job description
RunningBall football Scouts attend sport events and collect data and statistics live from the venue using a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). Full training and a PDA / smartphone will be provided to each successful applicant.
B: Location / schedules
Our Scouts work in a variety of locations, depending on the match schedule and the games to cover for our clients. Given the schedule of matches, this is a perfect weekend or sideline job. We generally prefer scouts who live in close proximity to the team they are scouting so the ideal candidate for this position would be someone who lives within Stevenage or the surrounding area. We will consider candidates from further afield if they meet the requirements.
C: Responsibilities
As a RunningBall Scout, you are our primary source for all data that is compiled as well as a premier ambassador for our company and its high quality standards. You will ensure the factual correctness of all data. Our success depends on your performance and dedication. In your work you will have to combine the highest standards of professionalism and ethical business principles.
Suitable for
Students are also welcome to apply. All applicants need to be over 18 years of age. This is a perfect sideline or weekend job. This job would not suit people who are not available on weeknights or weekends.
Requirements
You are experienced in watching football and have a thorough understanding of the game and its rules and regulations.
A good standard of written and verbal English is a must.
You display a high level of accuracy and precision in your work.
If you are familiar with using electronic devices, such as PDAs and smartphones, this is a plus.
Compensation
We pay a good base salary. In addition payment is based on performance, excellent performances are rewarded via an attractive bonus scheme. Ticket costs are also compensated.
