• Strong Call Centre Manager with experience of managing Team
Leaders/Managers within a professional call centre environment;
• A track record of leading, motivating, developing and coaching both CSAs
and Team Leaders to achieve operational KPIs (SLAs, resourcing, quality &
compliance, volume, productivity, customer satisfaction, etc.);
• Strong inter-personal and performance management skills with an
understanding of how analytics drive results;
• Ability to support and ensure effective communication within your team.
