Mortgage Advisor Swindon

A fantastic opportunity for highly motivated and talented individual's who want to work within the challenging and rewarding Mortgage Sales Team. This is a front line role, where you will provide a comprehensive mortgage sales and product referral service to customers. The successful applicants will work in close partnership with our local Estate Agent and Developer Network, providing expert advice to our many new customers and extensive client bank.

The key objective of this role is to provide a high quality compliant service to clients within both the existing client base, as well as prospecting for new clients. You will offer credible and knowledgeable advice to customers on mortgages and general insurance products, in order to meet customer needs and achieve performance targets within a regulatory environment.

This role is regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Individuals undertaking this role are required to achieve and maintain defined fitness and competence standards as detailed within the Training & Competence Scheme. You will have a proven sales ability with previous direct customer contact within a sales or financial services organisation. You must additionally hold one of the following; CeMap, AdvCeMap, CeFA, DipMap, DipFA qualification or alternative indrustry recognised equaliavant.

We are seeking 3 advisors in total and the positions would ideally suit candidates who previosly worked in the mortgage enviroment but have since left due to a lack of business or advisors who currently work within a bank, building society or estate agency and would relish the exciting opertunity to build and manage your own client bank. We will also consider advisors who are currently working for themselves but struggeling to generate enough business in the current economic climate. You will additionally be able to create value for the business by delivering business results, the successful candidate will be a team player, who has strong planning and control skills and is able to work within a challenging environment.
