Gaydar.co.uk is currently recruiting for a Full Time Client Services Officer to work at our office in Twickenham. The position will involve dealing with our customers via email. You will also be required to handle any inbound calls . This will involve strong customer service and reasoning skills. Our Customer Support Team does not just help our customers - we make them feel special!
We are therefore looking for candidates with the following:
- Fluent in French and English
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous complaint handling experience .
- Professional individuals who find it easy to build rapport on the phone.
- A minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
Other duties are:
- Monitor use of chat rooms
- Photo Classification
- Check and confirm/amend new and exisisting registrations
- To undertake any other reasonable duties
Additional languages such as German would be advantageous
