French Programme Manager

Reports to: Account Manager Location: Harte-Hanks, Uxbridge

OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE
A European Client Services structure has been developed with defined roles and responsibilities, which will support the business to deliver and drive profitable growth. The Programme Manager is the first line manager for agents and responsible for day-to-day activities. As part of the Client Services team the Programme Manager is responsible for retaining and developing clients through quality delivery of programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
•Generating revenue profitably for Harte-Hanks by management of programme associated costs
•Supporting the CS management / Account team to deliver programmes
•Managing the team / agents aligned with managers and the business requirements
•Reporting activity and results against programme objectives clearly and on time
•Responsible for identifying and then implementing improvement actions
•Manage and support the telemarketing staff to generate quality results
•Drive the successful completion of telephone marketing projects from the initial hand-over and brief from Cisco through to the final reporting.
•Communicate with Senior Management and Client Services Management on the delivery of the programmes.
•Work in partnership with Cisco and their partners towards the common goal of successful programme delivery i.e. deliver agreed results, within timescale and budget
•Liaising with the DSA team on data delivery and availability
•Ensuring scheduling of activity is monitored in terms of callable data and new campaign delivery
PERSON SPECIFICATION – PRE SCREEN
Candidates must have demonstrated 7 or more areas of experience out of 9 on their C/V.
1.Demonstrated experience of working in a lead generating or appointment setting call centre.
2.Demonstrated experience in a telemarketing, lead generation and profiling role.
3.Demonstrated experience of driving a target driven team i.e. coaching/ mentoring a team towards specific goals and knowledge of the performance management process.
4.Demonstrated experience of working in a business-to-business call centre.
5.Knowledge of managing a project.
6.Demonstrated experience of Excel & Word to an advanced level.
7.Demonstrated knowledge of the IT industry.
8.Fluent in more that one European language (Preferred)
9.Commercial awareness and demonstrated knowledge of budgets and P&L accounts (Preferred).
