Our client is looking for an experienced Solidworks Mechanical Design Engineer to work on new product design and development, involving 3D modelling (Solidworks), design analysis, drafting, supplier and customer liaison, prototype building, product testing and production support. Other skills that would be beneficial for the role rapid prototyping, injection moulding, 3D surface modelling, FEA and thermal analysis.
Applicants should have gained a degree in mechanical engineering.
