In this job you will...

Coordinate day to day communications with clients
Support the deployment of company’s marketing initiatives
Handle basic admin tasks and help managers
Manage the monthly invoicing process to clients
Coordinate meetings between directors
Support the head office team in key admin tasks
Manage the office environment to maximise productivity and efficiency


Your training will... Start with a 12 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of 10 days of in-centre training in combination with work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling. You will gain an OCR Level 3 in Business & Administration.

Desirable Skills:

High proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Understands marketing principles
Understands accounting principles
Capable of communicating efficiently
Able to work under pressure and offer a degree of flexibility in working style
Strong ability to be responsible, accountable, and results-driven
Excellent organisation and documentation skills required
Must be proactive and detail-oriented
Creative thinker who can utilise existing resources in a productive and/or innovative way

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Salary: £3.30 /hour
