Assistant Restaurant Manager needed.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking hospitality professional to support the restaurant manager.
Ideally you will have been formally trained and posses a wealth of experience in front of house supervision, wine knowledge and have a proven track record in high end establishments.
The assistant manager will be responsible for supporting the manager with regards to staff training, ordering and stock control, open and close of business, liaising with suppliers, orchestrating service and special events and managing the operation unsupervised.
You must have a warm, bubbly personality, a passion for the hospitality industry, be able to make guests feel welcome and that they are all special, have a cool head and most of all, be organised.
This position may suit a restaurant supervisor looking to further their career.
